After completing the cross section computation, the Results window provides a detailed analysis of the structural properties, automatically appearing on the right side of the screen.
You can display / hide the Results window using the following commands:
From the Display menu, select Toolbars > Results.
From the Graphic area: right click the edge of the drawing area and select Results.
The Results window is easily displayed and positioned in the application environment using the improved interface display functions.

Results window
The following results are available:
Sx = The cross section area
Moment of inertia (Iz, Iy) and the inertia product (Izy)
The minimal (Imin) and maximal (Imax) main inertias
Bending module along the Z axis (Wz- and Wz+) and the Y axis (Wy - and Wy+)
Shear areas on Y (Sy) and Z (Sz) axes
For each calculation point, you can view the coordinates of the point position on Z and Y value relative to the center of gravity, and the stress value SigmaXX for the corresponding point calculated with the defined torsors. The Sxx formula for a calculation point:

When torsors are used in the cross section calculation, the following stress values are obtained:
Sigma XX: Sxx = Fx / Sx
Sigma XY: Sxy = Fy / Sy + Mx / Vx
Sigma XZ: Sxz = Fz / Sz + Mx / Vx
Tip: Click a section of the properties window. Notice the bottom area of the window; it displays a short description of the active cell's content.
